When ordering your Partner Plan, you can choose from two configurations, including: Nutrisystem for all ages and Nutrisystem for people over 50. While both options are designed to deliver lasting weight loss for two people, your menu choices will vary based on your plan selection. Here's a simple breakdown of the differences:

Partner Plan: Over 50

• Specially designed plan for women and men ages 50 and up that takes into account your key health factors.
• Nutrisystem meals 7 days a week, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for two people.
• Hearty Inspirations^® meals packed with up to 30g protein.
• Grab-and-go meals and snacks that are pantry-ready and perfect for eating on-the-go.
• Top-rated frozen meals and snacks including our most popular heat-and-eat meals and even ice cream!

Our weight loss plan is an effective solution for both you and your partner.

If you choose all ages, your plan will include a special first week called 7 in 7*. This first week is intended to accelerate your weight loss and help you both lose up to 7 lbs your first 7 days**.

Your first week will include:

• 7 days of frozen meals and snacks for two people. To ensure you’re both getting the right nutrition, you’ll receive dietitian-selected menu items that cannot be customized
• 7 days of Fat Burning Bars for two
• 7 days of Hunger Control Shakes for two
• A step-by-step nutrition plan that will guide both of you through your first week

Note: You may customize the additional meals and snacks you’ll receive as part of your plan that are intended for Week 2.

Partner Plans is designed for two people living in the same home. You will receive one shipment with two weeks of meals and snacks for two people in one package. Since the shipment can’t be divided and sent to two different addresses, it really works best for two people living together!

That means your husband or wife, partner, roommate, child over 18 years old, or any other family members living with you can become your partner in weight loss—and you’ll both get to experience the benefits of losing weight together!

Nutrisystem works for a variety of dietary needs.

Following a low-sodium diet? All of our plans meet, and are often below, the USDA's recommended daily intake of 2,300mg sodium or less for the general population.

Special dietary needs or food allergies? You can find a nutritional breakdown and ingredient lists for all of our menu items online. We recommend choosing your own menu, so that you can use the menu filters to exclude any ingredients that you need to avoid. Filters can be used to view diabetes-friendly foods, vegetarian foods, or to exclude foods that contain milk, wheat, nuts and more.

On Nutrisystem, you can lose weight eating the foods you love, made healthier. So what does that mean?

The Nutrisystem program meets, or in many cases exceeds, most of the recommendations set forth by the government in the 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

You can expect delivery in 1 to 10 business days, with a majority of shipments arriving within 7 business days

We’ll email you a tracking number when each order ships, so you can stay informed on the delivery date.

Any orders that contain frozen foods will be sent in two separate shipments: frozen foods and ready-to-go foods. Your frozen foods will be packed in a specially designed cooler with dry ice to keep everything frozen for approximately six hours upon delivery.
