Each plan includes ready-to-eat meals based on your goals, plus free Club Advantage membership your first month with access to 100+ a la carte options, the companion app, step-by-step guides, meal trackers, and coaching.
Members enjoy a 30% discount automatically applied to all meals and snacks. If you don’t have a membership, you can order Nutrisystem food here at full price.
For individual plans: 24 meals every 2 weeks or 48 meals every 4 weeks. Partner plans: 56 meals every 2 weeks or 112 meals every 4 weeks. Menopause plans follow the same quantities but are not available with the Partner option.

Orders ship via FedEx within 1-5 business days. Frozen and non-frozen items arrive in separate containers in the same shipment. You’ll receive tracking via email, and you can monitor your order in My Account.
