Our high-protein first week provides the fast start you need. Following your first week, you
can expect to lose an average of one to two pounds per week when you follow one of our
weight loss plans:
Women's and Men's plans include food and guidance for 28 days of weight loss.
Depending on the plan you choose, you'll enjoy Nutrisystem food 5 or 7 days a week. Partner
Plans deliver Nutrisystem food for 2 people, every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your specific
plan selection.
Specialty plans like Complete 50 and select maintenance plans may offer different

WEEK TWO & BEYOND
Our individual plans deliver food and guidance for 28 days of healthy weight loss. In week two and beyond, you'll continue losing weight with Nutrisystem meals and snacks, plus a few basic groceries and healthy Flex meals to help you stay successful.

Most days, you'll enjoy Nutrisystem for 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner and 1 snack (men's plans include 2 snacks). Round out your meal plan by adding a couple of household grocery items each day: Lean protein and dairy (PowerFuels), fruit and fiber-rich good carbs (SmartCarbs) and fresh veggies. Expect to lose one to two pounds per week following our weight loss plans!

For added variety and flavor, you'll add your own fresh vegetables and healthy household grocery
items throughout each day.

In addition to your Nutrisystem food, you'll enjoy some of your own healthy meals and
ingredients throughout each week:
"Flex" meals give you the freedom to dine out or eat healthy home-cooked meals. If your plan
includes Nutrisystem meals 7 days a week, Flex meals are optional. Either way, we'll provide
easy guidelines and access to thousands of healthy recipes to help you stay on track and
practice healthy habits.
Fresh grocery “add-ins” round out your meal plan. You'll incorporate a couple of household
grocery items each day: Lean protein and dairy (PowerFuels), fruit and fiber-rich good carbs
(SmartCarbs) and fresh veggies for optimal nutrition.

Looking for a plan tailored for Type 2 Diabetes*? Losing weight helps you to lower your blood sugar so you can manage your Type 2 diabetes. Nutrisystem is designed to be a nutritionally balanced, lower-glycemic weight loss plan.
