"Flex" meals give you the freedom to dine out or eat healthy home-cooked meals. If your plan includes Nutrisystem meals 7 days a week, Flex meals are optional. Either way, we’ll provide easy guidelines and access to thousands of healthy recipes to help you stay on track and practice healthy habits.
Fresh grocery “add-ins” round out your meal plan. You'll incorporate a couple of household grocery items each day: Lean protein and dairy (PowerFuels), fruit and fiber-rich good carbs (SmartCarbs) and fresh veggies for optimal nutrition.
